How to get there
The sandbar sits in the Intracoastal Waterway just off Carolina Beach. Come by water — there’s no road to this one.
Boater’s directions
- Head into the ICW from Carolina Beach — Snow's Cut or the Carolina Beach Boat Basin.
- Run to the sandbar just north of the Carolina Beach waterfront; look for the tiki huts and the flags.
- Idle in slow, drop anchor off the bar, and tie up with the raft-up.
